Sutton House Wedding Photography London
Welcome to the Sutton House Wedding Photography in London of Zoe and Luke who got married in East London. This was an intimate small scale affair with a select group of friends and family. Sutton House is a Tudor style mid 16th Century former estate of Henry VIII nestled in this grandiose part of London. After the ceremony I whisked them off to the adjacent St Johns gardens for some portraits of the two before the wedding breakfast at The Town Hall hotel where the celebrations would carry on until the evening. everyone seemed to be having a jolly good time and the happy couple couldn’t stop smiling.
London Wedding Photography
As daytime turned to dusk we hurriedly chased the day to try and capture some post wedding bliss photographs before day tuned to night. You can’t beat this time of day what photographers like to describe as golden hour and often creates a glorious soft light that makes skin tones shine with radiance. We were spoilt for choice for backdrops in the park which has a jaw dropping canvas of a gothic style church dripping with decaying head stones in its grounds. Zoe and Luke without a shadow of a doubt mould into the terms Beautiful people and made the photographs sing with ease.
The Town Hall Hotel
The evening get together at The Town Hall hotel provided the location for the night times activities. Based in Bethnal Green these former Council chambers have recently hosted wedding receptions with ever increasingly popularity. This quintessential art deco style building oozes class and is a real head turner and will be a sure fire success on the already crowded London wedding venue scene. The art deco style of the building and Zoes wedding dress were a marriage made in heaven with a distinctive feel of a bygone era. They have really made an impression on this photographers eye with lots of quirky features it felt like going back in time to an age gone by. It has the flavour of being on a film set and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough to go and check the venue out yourself. Films such as Atonement, Lock stock and two smoking barrels and Edge of Love have all been filmed here which adds another splash of colour to this mystical London venue. Once the multiple course wedding breakfast had been consumed much merriment and celebration went on into late in the night, I had a lot of fun photographing Zoe and Lukes wedding, thank you for making me feel most welcome and I wish you both future happiness together.
